Answer: To register for an account, click on the "My Account" button located at the top menu on the homepage. Fill in the required information, such as your email address and a password, then click "Submit" to complete the registration process.
Answer: If you forget your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your email address, and we'll send you instructions on how to reset your password.
Follow the "Choose Your Locker" button in the menu at the top of the home screen. From there you will see available lockers and simply click which one you would like and then follow the rest of the prompts given.
No. We do not provide insurance to customers for stored items, as is standard practice of self-storage facilities in Nova Scotia. We strongly encourage customers to obtain insurance coverage, which can be done by contacting your insurance provider. Ask them if stored items are covered through your home insurance policy!
Additional fees customers should be aware of are as follows, and are stated in the Terms and Conditions each customers agrees with upon renting a storage unit:
- Late Payment Fee: $10.00
o In event that payment is not received by due date (1st of each month)
- Uncollected Payment Fee: $25.00
o In event that payment is not received within two weeks of deadline.
- Lock-Cut Fee: $30.00
o In the event a customer needs help regaining access to locker.
o Fee also charged in event that payment is not collected within 25 days of the payment due date. At this time, we will take control of the locker and its contents.
- Locker Clean Out Fee: $50.00
o In the event you vacate your locker on time, but the locker is not left in an appropriate state to offer to another customer.
- Additional Monthly Charge: One month’s rent
o If you’ve requested a move out, but you do not vacate our unit within the month covering your rental.
o If you have not removed your items and lock from our unit before the 1st day of the following month, you will be charged as if you are still renting our locker, as you have not given back control, and are still using our property.
Yes! We will always notify you at least sixty (60) days prior to a price increase taking effect. Price increases will be applied automatically, as sufficient notice will be given to all customers.

Yes, the lockers are taxed with the provincial 15% HST
Answer: Absolutely! You can rent as many storage lockers as you need, subject to availability. Simply select additional lockers through our Locker Selector page or contact our customer service for assistance.
Answer: No, we ask you to bring your own locks and keys for your locker.
Answer: If a payment is late, a $10 late fee will be applied to your account. We understand that sometimes things happen, so we encourage you to contact us immediately if you’re experiencing difficulties.
Answer: If your payment is more than 14 days late, we reserve the right to put our own lock on the locker, preventing access until all outstanding fees are paid, including monthly rent and late fees.
Answer: After 28 days of non-payment, as per our rental agreement, we will take back the unit, and furthermore reserve the right to treat the contents as our own property. The contents will be treated in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement, which include auction or disposal.

Monthly rental fees provide customers the right to storage items in the unit for that month only. If you do not intend on renting your unit for an additional month, your unit must be vacated no later than the last day of the month which your rental fee covers. Please let us know when you plan move out of our locker. We will discuss a move-out date, and we will inspect the locker after you leave.
You have access to your locker the moment you purchase it. It can be accessed 24/7.
